I had a TV delivered today with a broken stand. After arranging a replacement through Amazon's website, I discovered that the email address I'd registered with them had been deactivated.
I was given info about how to return the damaged product, and advised that an email would be sent confirming details about my replacement. I've now updated my registered email address, but am worried that I've missed that message. Is this an automated process, or will I be waiting hours/days?
