You can open a case with eBay. Misses had to do it a few days ago due to a non-payer.

Your quite patient waiting 10 days. i give them 1 day unless they specifically ask.

Unless they've contacted you with a good reason, I think you have waited long enough.

Open a case and I'll bet you anything within 24 hours you'll have payment....some of them do it just to buy time I'm sure!

Just done it. What happens with the buyers account now then?

They will have to pay or you can close the close after a bit and get final value fee back and sometimes re-list free and there accounts gets marked for not paying

4 days minimum then 3 more (i think) to pay, after that in the resolution page click close case and get your fees back and the buyer gets a nice little black mark (strike) on their account

If i ever buy anything on ebay I pay as soon as i have won it...

It really does my head in when people dont pay and you have to go through the process all over again... and unable to leave neg feedback! - but can issue a non payment strike

I had to wait 4 days before opening a case then a further 4 days for buyer to respond. Then I had to close the case as buyer didnt respond. Didnt receive any final fee credit and relist cost me money again.

Ebay fobbed me off with some crap about me selecting the option that the case had been resolved (I didnt!).
