It's actually 45 days from payment, but yeah may as well start it now if it'll let you.

I get p****d if I dont get the item after 2 days! I send stuff same day or next day at the very latest and I expect the same.

So why make them look bad by only showing the neutrals when they have shed loads more positives as a seller:thinking:

The sellers delivery policy states:

DELIVERY
"All items are dispatched via Royal Mail. Items purchased before 3pm will be dispatched same day (except weekends), any purchases after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day weekend purchases are dispatched Monday morning.

Items will be delivered usually within 3 working days, however Royal Mail can sometimes delay for which we are not responsible"

If they are not answering your emails open a dispute.

I wouldn't stress mate. I've got stuff bought on the 10th that still hasn't arrived. Just give them a few more days

By the way, did you email them or contact them via ebay messages?

Maybe they are away for a couple of days. You want it for Chrimbo so have some time yet.

Try contacting again a couple of times and check that your postie hasn't left it somewhere stupid.

we live in a flat in a block of 6, and postie always cards us as i have told him any parcels and not in to card me and i will collect and have just phone sorting office and nothins is there

as a power seller on ebay, some of yr comments are a little unfair. yes if you have had the item after a week and you have checked the postage terms in yr listing then email the seller. always email seller first before opening a dispute as most things can be sorted out via simple communication. if your seller doesnt answer after 3 days and 2 emails then by all means open a dispute but try to open communcation with seller. the royal mail is a serious issue with ebay parcels going missing constantly in the royal mails system.. so email them and find out info and go from there

ave had 6 parcels go missing in a month, royal mail didnt give me nothign what so ever. i looked the terms that was on the page. and bought item the same time amd paid for it that same night and it arrived with in 2 days later but was with a different seller. his feedback has mentioned slower delivery

he has had two emails of me via ebay, and no response. they where sent on friday

I'd personally send one last message that you're dissapointed no contact has been made and still haven't received item. If they don't reply to you by the end of the next day, then you are going to log a dispute with ebay.

At least this then gives them a warning as to what you are about to do, and if they don't do anything after this then they can't moan at you when you log a dispute.

i sent them one last warning still no reply still not happy. some selllers done even tell me when they have posted the item so i know to expect it

Once you open a dispute you should escalate the claim which can be done on dispute. Did you do this? as if you escalate, paypal will look into it and will try to resolve it with the seller or give you your money back
I do this when I haven't recieved the item and paypal deals with it. This usually scares the seller and he will give you your item or paypal will automatically take the money you paid to him and give it back to you.
It has always worked for me! :-D
