How long have you spent on your mobile? Nokia and Sony Ericsson

Lets see how many hours of calls you have made on your Nokia or Sony Ericsson mobile phone with the help of the Life Timer.

Nokia:
Dial *#92702689# (Spells warranty with a 0 replacing the second "r")

Sony Ericsson:
Press these keys in sequence. (Where "R" means right on the navigation/joystick and "L" means left of the navigation/joystick. "*" is an asterix next to the 0 key)
R*LL*L*

A number will appear in this format 00:00
The numbers to the left of the colon represent the hours.
The numbers to the right of the colon represent the minutes.

This number is the total call time made using that handset (not sim card). It counts both dialled and received calls together.

eg. 00001:34 means 1 hours and 34 minutes total calls made.
It cannot be cleared through "Clear timers" in the call duration menu nor through flashing/changing firmware.

It is used to judge the life of the phone and so that buyers know handsets advertised as "brand new" are actually brand new.

46 days non stop, you getting any constant headaches, trouble sleeping, lack of appetite, unable to perform in bed or anything yet? would be a prime candidate for long term exposure to mobile phone radiation get in contact with the research centres pronto. :-D

Probably at this point I should mention that I have 2 contracts, and the above is the usage on 1 only, and that I'm a doc, so would hopefully spot the signs of a brain tumour developing!

oh hey maybe you can give me a second opinion on my bum then, I lifted a kayak (canoe) out of the water it was quite heavy I bent my knees but because it was so low down below my feet I had to bend my back. I realised later I had pulled a muscle in my right buttock to lower back, a few days later it turned into pins and needles whenever I bent over, like a nerve was getting trapped. Popped along to the doc who said I had sprained something or other and to keep moving about, do you know the name so I can look it up? He said to come back if it didn't improve but i forgot to ask how long I should wait to go back. The pins and needles aren't so bad when I bend strangely but I now have I constant dull pain in that general area, doing my head in. Any clues?

HHmmm, sounds like your doctor might be talking about one of your gluteul muscles
After a muscle sprain like that I guess you should go back to the GP if it's not better or getting better within 2 weeks of the actual injury
Have you tried heat pads? They're pretty good for muscle pains

oopsy 73:18:59, not bad in just over 6 months and having had the phone in for repair twice at 2 weeks at a time. Not sure SE k770i are designed to be talked on this much, probably why I have to keep getting it repaired.

I've got an N96 got it on the 2nd October and it says
Life timer:

Article in the papers today, it's official, using a mobile for ten years significately increases the chances of getting brain tumours

Just walked into carphone warehouse where i got it originally with another issue and they swapped the phone for a brand new one straight out of a sealed box. Funny thing is I've been on the phone for 4mins and when i input the code it says 17:00
