I use to jog alot in my younger days, but havent been running/jogging for a while now, and so have gained a bit of weight or love handles as they say:o). So im wondering how many miles do you guys think I should go for? And if you could recommend me a good split running routine workout I would greatly appreciate it :o)
My current weight is around im ashamed to admit is 13st and im around 5ft9 in height.
Oh yeah and im 29 yrs old
