As above basically - did many of you sign an agreement to activate the phone when purchasing?

I purchased from CPW and signed to say I would activate it.

Did many others?

£35's a decent price.

IF it was a decent amount of txts/minutes.

I think you can choose more than 1 contracts but this one is the cheapest.

I'm not sure exactly what it's called, its not a contract - just a document which states you will activate the phone. It's an official CPW document - can't have been just me - any one else??

So you are saying you have ONLY signed an official document which states you will activate the phone

I'm not saying anything particular! Just curious as to whether everyone who brought from cpw did the same. Did you buy one?

When you sign the paperwork at CPW, it doesn't really mean anything. You are signing to abide by their rules and sign up to o £35 contract online. Staff told me that customers think they are signing their lives away. I bought the phone and binned the form. Do you thing CPW or O2 are going to chase up and prosecute everyone who has bought a iphone from them and not signed up to a contract? Dont Think So.

Theres no law saying it must be activated.

You might want it and 'not activate it'.
