I don't eat a cow everyday as I am quite health conscious, but probably the best part of a small one, some days a whole horse or sheep as well! & a piglet or two on Sundays
sometimes when I'm feeling really hungry I have some veggies too .. hope this helps

i just got up, but i will eat 3500 calories minimum before i go to bed tonight

my current diet has me on 3500 minimum, and yes i made it myself :lol:

how much exercise you doing brah?

I will list what I have had today so far

banana (breakfast)
3 hobnobs, custard cream and a jammy dodger (stupid biscuit tin behind my desk at work tempting me lol)
ham sandwich (lunch)
and so far about 500ml of water, normally drink at least 2 litres a day
got a banana for snack later on around 3ish

when im at uni like 1 or 2 meals day never have anyfood at home have to eat out like everyday. when im at home get a nice cooked meal and a proper diet.

plenty of exercise, gyming hard too, i try to get a lot of protien in me but its hard when i hate egg :lol:

haha, well it was on of those fake jammy dodgers but was still nice lol.

You taking any protein shakes? normally pretty easy to digest in order to boost up your daily intake

somedays i cant stop eating , but then somedays wont bother eating for 2-3 days. So not good. I havent eaten since sunday but thats coz of my wisdom teeth killing me :(

Depends what I'm doing in the day, I don't eat breakfast & haven't done for years, at lunch time if I'm at home I will make a proper meal, then at dinner time if I'm not working I will make another meal which would be something light & if I'm working I will just usually make a pasta salad & take it into work with me :) I usually snack in-between these times with usually a couple of biscuits or some fruit :)

jeeez thats low, Ive had about 400/500 cals today just with the biscuits Ive eaten haha bad times! :p

ahhh...surely sub 1000 cals is too low, cos as soon as you start to go back into a normal eating pattern it will probably all come back on?

700 calories seems too extreme to diet for weight loss. Not a good idea to crash diet like that 'cos it can cause damage in the long term.

slow and steady wins the race when it comes to weight loss, good luck though!:-D

I have no idea how many calories I have, but at the moment have been eating really unhealthily... Today I have had:

Breakfast: Snickers
Lunch: Leftovers from yesterday roast potatoes and a flaky pastry thing

And 3 ginger nut biscuits, 1 glass of water and 1 cup of tea

that doesnt sound too unhealthy lol, last wednesday i had a fry up for breakfast, pizza hut buffet for lunch and a chinese takeaway for tea :lol: and snackage inbetween

I would recommend lots of sex.....but then I remembered who ur OH was and your extremely dangerous weight loss diet is now understandable :-D

No idea what my intake is, I just eat lunch at 2:00pm and dinner at 10:00pm (or later!) :thumbsup:
I don't snack, rarely eat crisps or chips but eat an absurd amount of cheese lol.

My normal day is....
3 crumpets with 2 dairylea
Snack a jacks and fruit
Quorn cottage pie with sweetcorn and added mushrooms :)
weight watchers desert :)
1 litre of flavoured water, 2 cans pepsi max.

If i don't eat enough, i actually put weight on. I lose much quicker if i eat the right amount.

Today have ate nothing, yesterday had the 50p Morrisons samosas, a muller corner, a mini pizza and 2 doughnuts, and before anyone says it is pure junk it was because they were reduced, the pizza was like 10p and the doughnuts 5p for a pack so was eating cheap!

Day before was some fishcakes, 2 mullers and some bread all day, day before had a (cooked) frozen pizza and curly fries and a muller corner and some liver casserole.

Friday had home made curry, a refreshers lolly, and a jam sandwich.

Not my regular diet, I was eating reduced stuff and I also go to the gym 2-4 times a week my regular diet is pretty much whats available so I eat stuff like oven chips, peas(like half a pack lol) and jam sandwiches(and only say 1 a day average) and I dont eat take aways apart from once a week when its something small like beef chow mein.

I go for days eating next to nothing really I only eat a lot when I go to the supermarket and get reduced stuff as that way I am eating more food and not spending much cash!

Way too many carb's, when you have more than you need it is converted to fat by your body.

Ive had about 2 litres so far at work, will probs have 2 pints of squash overall tonight. Plus if if im going to exercise I need to be hydrated.

Depends how much you excersise, but you'll end up doing more harm than good, as you pass any more than 1L out as urine usually, so your just overworking your kidneys.

If you have a look on google it says that your body uses up about 1.9 litres of fluid a day, in urine, sweating, breathing...number 2's lol so 2 litres keeps the body hydrated. I think if 2 litres were being consumed in a quick time period then it could be dangerous but 2 litres over the course of a day seems to be fine...I'm not dead yet...
Id rather drink 2 litres of water a day than 2 litres of crappy tea/coffee fizzy drinks anyway

I am a brill eater of a day, but i get the munchie after 7pm which is a pain.
However i went from being a size 8 to a size 16 and now im a size 10 after eating healthy and well.
But alot of mine was comfort eating which made me so big.
I tend to eat alot of fruit, specially Blueberries ans Raspeberries- At least a pack a day.

Anyway for example i havent had any Breakfast as it stands, i will prob have a banana in a bit to curb the hunger.
