im selling a laptop on behalf of my cousin and im just wondering what would be a fair price to ask.

its a dell.

v1500 core 2 due t7300 2.00ghz 800 4m
15.4 wxga + true life
vistri 1500 black cover camera
160 gig serial ata harddrive (5400rpm)
2048 mb 667 mhz dual channel ddr2 sdram
8x dvd+-rw drive
256 nvidia geforce 8600m gt
intel next gen wireless card
vista
microsoft works 8

any help would be great

Probably £300 if you sell it somewhere that ins't here. £250 if you try in FS/T knowing the offers everyone recieves there.

You've not mentioned what warranty it has (or I've missed it) - if it was bought last July and it's a Vostro the base warranty was just one year which is about to expire which is going to force the price down a bit. However if the warranty has been extended that would obviously make it more desirable.
