You can only buy OEM with a new PC, so the only option is a full boxed version. OEMs are pre registered with the PC its bought with so trying to use an OEM would bread copyright.

I could get most of the items in your list for under £200

WRONG! you can get OEM if you buy ANY hardware! so go to aria novatech ebuyer etc and add there cheap USB mouse (like £1) and you full fill the hardware requirment

OEM just means no retail box just the cd sprocket all my OS is OEM and all my componets are makes them a little cheaper

How would a brand new sealed OEM disc breach copyright? lol

I dont think the parts can be had under £200 unless you are very lucky or arent counting VAT or postage etc or using the cheapest parts and not good ones.

Yeah the first one I bought I thought I fried it as it didnt work then I found out it was my mobo but by that time had bought another.

The 3rd I got by error when I ordered a E6600 and got a Q6600 instead.

But Im getting a new mobo anyway so thats where 1 of the CPu's is going the 2nd im selling and 3rd will go in the pc build.

It might be worth £699 from internet stores like Mesh if it comes with a monitor. Otherwise I would say around £400 brand new. Dell do some fantastic PCs for £299 (exc. monitor) with 1Tb drives, 3gig of ram, etc.
