How much is this worth? - Gamecube

Just wanting to know how much it is. None of the games are boxed but are in a game holder.

Silver Gamecube with all leads
1 silver Controller
Carry Case
Fifa World Cup edition memory card - 4mb (59 blocks)

Games-
Sonic Adventure 2 Battle
Sonic Heroes
Wrestle Mania X8
The Incredibles
X111
Mario Kart Double Dash
Pikmin

Would be very grateful if someone could say how much it is worth and what I could get if I traded it all in. I am therefore looking for two prices - one for selling it and one for trading in in.

Thanks in advance

Probably about right, not fetching much these days. If you decide to sell it on here let me know I might be tempted

Why don't you get off your lazy ar*se and LOOK, you only have to go to www.cex.co.uk and see what the trade in prices for everything is, at least that way you can gauge a trade in price/sale price, not forgetting that Gamestation would beat CEX tradeins.

It is criminal though the low prices that Gamecubes sell for.

What if I haven't heard of CEX before. Some people do not live anywhere near one. I do not live anywhere near one so there is not much point looking. Why do you have to call me lazy? Doesn't really take much effort to search the web so that was a pointless argument. :x

If the games were cased then I'd probably agree, but CEX, Gamestation etc knock off loads for uncased games. £20 - £30 is probably quite acurate in terms of a trade in price sadly.

The point being that regardless of whether you live near one or not you can as I stated GAUGE the price. So in posting that I actually was being HELPFUL in providing you with a lead and I did already state that Gamestation price beat trade ins at CEX...so why argue against what I have been helpful with!!. As you stated it doesn't really take much effort to search the web, so why haven't you used your initiative?. Only have to look at Ebay prices and trade in prices at games stores, such as CEX trade in prices...hence the lazy comment, and I wouldn't particularly deem that to be an offensive comment personally, there are a lot of people on here who ask questions and a lot of people sarcastically reply "Remember Google's your friend" this forum thrives on sarcasm.

Why are the games not boxed is it a modchipped Gamecube? If so you would get more for the Gamecube in a private sale but obviously the games would be worthless.

Thanks for your help - I will forget about the comment. Surely gamestation wouldn't beat the prices from CEX if there wasn't one within a number of miles.

I bought it from a carboot so don't really know much about its history. Just wanted to know if I got a bargin. Bought it all for £8.

Totally had a bargain for £8 I would say...keep it, some classic games on the Gamecube. You can still use the prices of CEX as a guideline anyway, I would say you could get only about £15 for the console alone however you would have got more for the games if they were boxed....if however the Gamecube is modchipped and the games are on mini dvd-r's, you would probably get more like £20-25 for a modchipped Gamecube I would say. Apologies if you took the lazy comment offensively, I guess I should have put a emoticon after it, in text its easy to put something sarcastically and someone to read things wrongly :)

The Silver "Platinum" Gamecube is one of the nicest looking ones of the colours too, and as such probably would have more interest as a resale item. I have kept my Limited Edition Pearl White Gamecube, wouldn't part with that for the world...the Pearl White and the Platinum definitely were a lot nicer than the black and purple cubes. I owned both a Platinum and Pearl at one time, but space was necessary, one had to go and the Pearl one is less common so kept that. Both the Pearl and the Platinum look fantastic with a blue Power LED replacing the standard orange one.
