Check the CEX site as a guideline.

i did but thats not that good lol

As an indicator, brand new gamecubes are selling for £25.
#4
How can you compare the N64? One of the best pre-21century consoles with a gamecube?
#5
Quite easily, it's the console that superceded it - therefore a used N64 should be worth a lot less than a new GameCube priced at £25.

Sega megadrive was better then sega dreamcast. Even sega admitted it themselves.

Doesnt mean the newer console is better, just means it can play different games!

Even though it is supposed to.

Everyone loved the N64.

n64=cool
gamecube=cool
dreamcast=sucky

by this comparison i estimate they are both equal and should be worth relatively the ame

Could be worth selling Mario Kart seperatley as it seems to attract a fair bit of intrest on Ebay.
#13
the dreamcast was awfully flawed. a boeing 747 was quieter.

You actually owned one right?

Don't sell this too cheaply, Allstar...

You could get £10 - £15 just for the expansion pack.

Mario Party and Donkey Kong are rare on the N64 and worth a fair bit too.

People can pay upto a tenner for each good working controller too...

Split it - sell the Mario Party 3, Donkey Kong, and Expansion separately; then sell the rest as a bundle...possibly selling the 2nd pad separately...

That's what I'd do anyway :thumbsup:

Yeah definetley split, having looked at some more auctions I think you could push this little lot toward the £100 mark. Mario Party 3 is unbelievably going for around £25-30, Mario Karts are going for around £15 and the expansion packs are about £15 too.

N64's and acc can get silly money quite often on ebay
#22
cheers i will do that then.

i think i have other games, just need to search for it all
#23
I sold an N64 on ebay 3 weeks ago, included 4 boxed games, 2 controllers & cables - sold for £27.

If Mario Party is going for as much as people say, you'd definitely be wise to split it :)

The dreamcast was absolute *****, the megadrive was the bees knees!!!!

lol the dreamcast was great and still is

dont you think its funny how we still ave really old consoles that all still work like they were brand new(n64 megadrive) but you compare that to the 360 which breaks all the flipping time, and you gotta think they did something wrong somewhere along the line

I know... and people will no doubt say about how it's different with disc based consoles, but up until recently I had a 3DO, Dreamcast and Playstation which were all still going strong...

I've had 3 x 360s in 2 years! (My PS3, incidently, has had no problems, and will be a year old in a couple of weeks ;-))

The Dreamcasts problem was that in terms of features it was 5, maybe 10 years ahead of it's time - many people simply could not compehend the potential of the console. Online, it was awesome, however most console gamers could not be arsed with it meaning we had to wait untill the Xbox before the potential of online gaming was fully realised. Many of the staff and much of the technlogy involved in the dreamcast was implemented into the Xbox and later the 360.

The Megadrive may have been a more successfull console than the Dreamcast, but in terms of features and capability the dreamcast was light years ahead. Thankfully the legacy of the dreamcast is the Xbox, 360 and most importantly Xbox Live.
