A cd? Or a CD in a jewel case? In a jewel case it might be classed as a large letter

thats for a standard letter a cd is classed as a large letter so first class is 46p:p

If it's under 100g then it's 42p

If it's over it's 66p

Both prices are Large letter 2nd class. :)

Details from from the Royal mail site state that as long as the package is less than

353mm x 250mm x 25mm (I'm sure the double CD is less than 2.5cm) it is a 'large letter', therefore:

2nd class < 100g = 42p
2nd class < 250g = 66p

If it is over 25mm when packed it is a 'packet', therefore

2nd class < 100g = 95p
2nd class , 250g = £1.24
