as over 125, you need some kind of full license

but as its light, it might qualify as motorcycle, as the old reliants used to be

It has 4 wheels, you need a FULL UK Car Driving Licence to drive it on the road on the road legally.
If it has 3 wheels or less, you need a FULL UK Motorcycle Licence to drive it on the road legally.

You'll also need Tax and a MOT :)

Yes, I expect it would be quite cold in wintery conditions.
Definitely a flag for the back (like in the YouTube video) & a crash helmet (unlike the three drivers in the video) required as a minimum I would suggest.

It looks fun, but where would you park it at your destination?
Somebody could just lift it onto a trailer or into the back of a larger S.U.V. & you'd never see it again.

BFN,

Not very. Zero rated seller too, I wouldn't listen to their promises. It would probably be a nightmare to try and get insured.

No.

Like a much lighter go-kart that does not have an alarm.

So you buy an alarm and/or a massive chain and lock like you do with 90% of motorbikes.
