Well we are average too, decreased from 26.3 - 25, so what is average then? Seems like everyone is average, looking at our area only the city centre is high, well there's a surprise! What a waste of time and money

36.7 to 31....how do you get .07 of a crime?

crime rates show how many crimes per 1000 and gives a better indication of crime in your area

...ours is 3.1

no one has been robbed in my area in 2 yrs that sounds promising

Different law... so usually find statistics and stuff are different...
