You want to marry your mum? Now that IS strange.

To become an ordained minister in any recognised faith would take several years of scholarship.

LOL not actually marry her.....

I may be able to ordain you if you can answer a few simple questions...

Which of the following are true?

Noah's wife was called Joan of Ark.?

The Jews were a proud people & throughout history they had trouble with the unsympathetic Genitals?

Sampson slayed the Philistines with the axe of the Apostles?

The 1st Commandment was when Eve told Adam to eat the apple?

The 7th Commandment is thou shall not ADMIT adultery? ( you can look this one up)

Jesus was born because Mary had an immaculate contraption? (you are allowed to phone a friend)

The people who followed the Lord were called the 12 decibels.

A Christian should have only one wife. This is called monotony. ( 50:50 ?)

Jesus taught His followers to pray. "Gives us this day our jelly bread" and we should "forgive the truck passes as the truck passes forgives us for passing them."

Get all of these and I will be happy to ordain you.

Good Luck.

You don't need to be ordained to perform a wedding. A registrar will be present to make sure you are following the correct procedure. I have performed four wedding ceremonies in a church before I was ordained (I am not a vicar or a priest btw).
If you are talking about inside a church, well that is a different matter. I cannot see that any church will permit you to do it.
Can you get quick ordaination in the UK. No, and anything you could buy from USA is invalid here for obvious reasons.
Go to the local registry office and ask them about officiating at your mum's wedding.
