  Tell person at there to transfer credit from 1 or more accounts to another. They'll do it immediately.

  Between us,my wife and I have always just 'phoned up and asked and never had a problem (or even a question),must be at least 14 or 15 times over last 2 years.Also,always ask to have the numbers removed from your account to tidy it up (unless you want to keep them?),again,no problem.

  I usually find Virgin to be fine, but when I tried to combine £7 free credit a few months ago, they were having none of it.
  
  I may try them again, because they have to date taken about 4 months getting me an unlock code for my phone, a bit of leeway is due. :)

  Thanks for the replies guys, if anybody else is going to do this please remember to use freephone (from landline) 0800 0520837 instead of their expensive 0845 number (Source: saynoto0870.com).

  Just call 789, but you can't transfer "free" credit, only purchased.
