If you follow that, you should be able to respond to your feedback

Contact Ebay explaining what has happened, they may be able to withdraw the feedback.

Its madness!

I had a feedback saying Good item but postage expensive I charged £5.50 yet it cost me £5.90 which was also printed on the postage label, so they could see what it had cost me!

Like I'm in charge of how much RM charge?

Since when? I have never known them to get involved with feedbacks - unless, obviously it contained swearing

How to deal with them? You have their name and address don't you? Use your imagination!

I had a feedback comment saying I had "overcharged on Postage" the item in question needed a brand new box to post it in and cost an extortionate £1.80 to post.....some eBayers are just morons and there's nothing can be done to stop them buying.

I just had an email from someone saying the item i sold them isnt the one in the picture and demanded i contact them immediately - even wrote it in capital letters! It was a wii game which was used and was listed as such and i only had the one so it was defintately the one in the picture. Just checked and even though they have 100% feedback, they have never sold anything so cant have any neg and the feedback they have left for others is always neg complaining about every single thing they have ever bought.. Madness. I emailed back straight away saying i will refund if they send it back but no reply. Some people are complete pillocks

eBay are not interested in ensuring fair play for sellers. Yes they will remove the feedback comment (IF you keep plugging away at them and fill in half a dozen forms for them to do so!) but they WON'T remove the negative feedback score - regardless of whether it's unjustified - unfortunately you're stuck with that for 6 months! I got negative feedback from a transaction that the buyer and I agreed to cancel, so my argument with eBay was how can the buyer possibly rate a transaction that has been mutually cancelled, so in theory never took place??? Despite pursuing eBay "customer services" for 3 months about this, it was never resolved and I still have the negative feedback score on my otherwise perfect 100% positive rating. eBay are a bunch of t*****s!!!
