How to escalate a ebay claim?

So I opened a dispute on the 25th august regarding a item not received, haven't heard anything off the seller within 10 days, now apparently I can escalate this to ebay customer service, and there should be a tab allowing me. Where is this? As in the case, all I can do is add more info or close it!
Thanks x

I have looked there, but it says I have to open a case with them, and leave it 20 days?

I don't want to escalate another claim, I have waited since the 16th august now, and ebay states I can escalate through the dispute with them

It's probablys better to do it through paypal because you'd get more of a responce through them.

You can open a dispute on paypal NOW, find the transaction code of the payment you sent, go to Resolution centre, click dispute a transaction and enter the transaction code, and esculate to claim straight away.

Yes,I know OP has opened an ebay dispute,I don't know why everyone keeps talking about a paypal dispute?

the procedure for an ebay dispute is...

You have 10 days from when a case is opened to work things out with your buyer/seller
If you can't work things out, the case may be escalated to eBay Customer Support. We will review the case and make a final decision.

Thanks grabbit, I rang eBay and it now is in their hands and can take upto 48 hours for a decision
