How to report blackmailing ebay messages?
Well, basically i was in a rush and was listing stuff by selling similar and forgot to change the condition of an item from new to used (was only worth £7) and they are blackmailing me for £5 refund or they will leave me negative feedback. Now even if they do leave positibve im pretty sure they are gonna leave me bad DSR's which are anonymous?
It is against ebays policy to blackmail feedback but im not sure where to report it? I know i did wrong but not enough to warrant a negative feedback and It was already the cheapest available used as i priced it as used just forgot to change the condition from a previous listing.
Anything i can do?

I bet they do this quite a bit.
Tell they to F Off and that if there is a problem, that you are 6'5'' and are more than happy to meet in person to talk about it :thumbsup:

Whats worse a five quid loss or a negative? I have one neg on a feedback of 436 which leaves me at 99.5% postive, if you only have a few feedback it will hit you harder though.

ive got 99.1% over 551 but the 1 DSR's can knock my above standard rating down resulting in no benefits (5% less FVF)
asked them that and they said it will cost 2.50 to return and they will return it at my expense and give me neutral so i cant win either way.. I'll try forward the messages.
+1 If I bought and paid for a new item I would expect to receive a new item.
