HUKD Days of xmas comp - why arent people understanding it?

The details are to the left of the calender. Basically collect a prezzie every day - "stores" it to xmas day when you can open to see if you get nothing or £2.50 voucher for zavvi - ITS NOT THAT COMPLICATED!

How it works

Each day you'll have the opportunity to collect something from the Hotukdeals Grotto...

Will you be lucky enough to win a gift? Or do you deserve a lump of coal?!

We all know that good girls and boys don't peek at their presents until Christmas day...

so on Christmas Day you'll be able to open all of the gifts you've collected.

We've thousands and thousands of £2.50 Zavvi vouchers to be won, so keep your fingers crossed, be good little dealhunters and maybe Santa will bring you something nice....

Have a Hot Christmas!

Who doesn't understand it? Btw, cheers for reminding me to click

I got 4 presents so far, no coal as yet. Or have I missed summit? I can then open the pressies on xmas day to see if I won.

if you get a gift / present symbol, you can open them on Xmas day, and possibly win a prize of some sort, including zavvi gift vouchers.

Simples!
#5
that parts not hard to understand
what is confusing is...
if you miss a day or more can you still open all the windows later?
if you win more than 1 voucher, do they stack(win 2 get 1 £5 voucher) or do you get lots of £2.50 vouchers

Still nothing Paddy!

Mind you, Ive got 8 packages expected from HK (first one was posted 30/11) and none of them has arrived yet either!

Did you sort things out with that receipt of postage before?

Ah but what happens if you don't actually open them on Christmas day? Do they expire? My hubby would kill me if I logged on here on Christmas day :)

Yeah I'm sorting one out at the minute, I'm gonna well score for that faceplates being worth £25 and all. Will check status of recorded delivery one. I've only had hassle with you.

We prob all get presents when we open the box now, but on the 25th you open the presents to find a voucher or coal seems right

I never opened yesterday and now it wont let me open it! Thats stupid

Actually you get a lump of coal :?
#16
I still think it's stupid, opening a box every day with no chance of winning anything until Christmas Day? All you get is a link to a crap deal.
#17
OP, i dont understand how to open my presents , ive made a right mess of my screen scratching and pulling it :x

lol at some of the comments on this thread. Lots of people dont understand it and I wondered why. If you click on the threads behind the presents and read comments its obvious a lot of people dont get it. Just wondered why...

Its gradually become clearer over the past 4 days precisely because people were asking questions which, now we know the answers, may appear daft.

Bit like saying "Gawd these 16th century types, what on earth were they thinking, flat world?? bloody obvoius its round, innit?"

Nope - half the people understood from the begining what it was. Only takes a few minutes of reading...

Guess they should have spelt it out a lot clearer in TXT format - spk l8r m8.
