Bit of motivation for those who want to get slim & sexy for summer,
tricks, excersize tips, food diarys

Lets help each other lose those pounds girlies!

what i eat in a typical day

Breakfast - Special K red berries

Lunch - ham salad sandwich, pack of crips, orange, pear

Snack: cereal bar

Dinner: cooked dinner, (chicken potatoes vegetable, pie potatoes vegetables, etc)

Eveneing: sometimes toast or another crisps.

Drink: water and tea at work, coke at home

Is soo hard everything nice is unhealthy.
My aim is to cut out crisps & coke!!

BTW: I got to the gym twice a week and have took up salsa dancing class once a week.

My Tips Include.

Eat less cake.
Get off **** and do something instead of sitting on here.
Go to Fat Fighters.

cut out the evening snack, try and make your meal a lil later if you are relying on toast or crisps, but try not to eat past half 7 or 8

coke and crisps will be the major thing you need to cut out, it is quite difficult to cut out the crap but it does come straight off when you do

dont eat past 8..

you seem to have alot of carbs maybe try and cut some of them out.

exercise 1st thing in morn for a hour :)
I also drink alot of water in the day to supress hunger :)

My average day is

break fast something like

cereal with red top milk
poached egg
omelette with mushrooms
hand full of nuts
fruit salad

lunch
omelette (if i hadnt had one for breakie)#
green salad
homemade soup
rivita with low fat spread and maybe some grapes

dinner
veg with some sort of meat
salad with some sort of meat
fish with a small amout of pasta and pesto and veg/salad

I dont snack on crap only fuit/salad/veg/nuts
i also have cut out fizzy so drink green tea /water/ fruit water

I havent booked it yet to scared i look like a whale so will lose some weight and then might start looking at the end of the year. still got plenty of time with me just being 21:oops:

Iv head to excersize first thing in morn but i work full time dont have time for an hour in morning then get shower / ready and go to work!

Iv cut out choc, defo gunna do the crips x

i dont drink alcohol except when i go out.

you dont need to drink every night! just drink when you go out / weekends
Drink a glass of water or soft drink in between each alcoholic drink
i do it you drink so much that way :)

Ihave to get up extra early to do it with out the kids... i am off to a family wedding in august and want to look toned but i think i will end up looking to skinny and gaunt so i need to find a happy medium :)

I eat whatever I want but important thing is to exercise. Cardio exercise.
Try Skipping, burpees, jogging, swimming. No weights

I would like to join as well please, currently weigh 9 stone 10, but only 5 ft1 tall lol, feeling mega unhealthy and sluggish at mo, just reserved one of those twisting things, they look good.
Need to rein in my sweet tooth and get moving lol, going to start running tommorow ( might be a fast walk lol), anyone know how long i should aim for to start with ?

As a target member of scottish slimmers twice 15 years apart LOL
Only way to do it here's my way
Eat what you what in smaller portions
2 X 2 mile power walks per day and 500 sit up's
worked for me lost 1 stone and managed to keep it of!!

The weekend always messes my diet up!! :(
Make sure i work hard in the week at the gym.
Try and keep active even just 20 minutes a day walking the dog / skipping

the twist board is good a bit hard a first xx
