After a looooong wait, constantly being messed around, no answer to PMs, and finally not receiving an item i bought on here i decided to leave some very Negative feedback to warn others of the member. (member in question seems to have previous instances of unsatisfactory sales on here)

I have just today (a mere 5 weeks after the purchase was made) received a box containing my items...
The deal was still deeply flawed but in light of the arrival i feel obliged to do something.
Is it possible to retract negative feedback or amend it to reflect the update?

I think if you contact a MOD feedback can be removed? But maybe it should be changed to neutral as it still took a very long time to arrive with no contact from the seller? So unless he has a good reason for this maybe the feedback is still somewhat relevant?

yeah theres a button that says contact us down the bottom of a page click that and then ask what you have to

the whole deal was a shambles if i'm honest, the fact that it took 5 weeks, there was no reply to private emails or PMs, and the uncertainty as to whether i'd receive anything or not (especially once other people started putting up their own negative feedback against the seller)

I really need to change or amend something, as i do have a laptop now.
