Just thought i would remind people, because i just remembered, and gonna change my vouchers for 4x goldsmith vouchers.

I have tried to get my Clubcard reward via their website for the last few days and it just keeps saying 'unexpected error'. I thought if it didn't work today(which it's not) then I would call them up. Guess what, they are not open on Sunday!!
Anyone else having trouble with the website!?

Must have posted at the same time! I will send them an email to tell them I have tried the website. I have never got as far as the checkout, it crashes when I click on buy!

They are open. I've just spent half an hour on hold and the moment I started typing this someone answered.
If you read my thread from last night, the update is - she said the vouchers are being processed even though I haven't received any notifications yet. If I don't receive my email confirmation by tomorrow then I have to call them and they can tell that I tried to redeem the vouchers before the 6th, so they will honour them at 4 x value.

I redeemed some yesterday for National Geographic magazine subscription for my daughter. It all worked okay for me, and I got a confirmation email straight away.

you get vouchers in the post to the value of your application
they say goldsmiths on them
they took 5 working days to deliver

okay, its the first time Im ever trying to buy something from tesco rewards uding clubcard points. I was paying for something I needed to enter 3 vouchers for, I enetered one voucher which took long to go through, then I put the second one in whic took long and then I got the "unexpected error" message.

How do I get back to paying for the item? and entering the 2nd and thrid voucher? sorry its the first time Im ever using it
