I went to KFC to get myself some dinner and I asked for a 'Fillet Tower Meal'. The man prepared my meal and then put the meal into a brown paper bag. I thanked him and off I went home.
When I got home I looked in the bag and it was a 'Zinger Tower', not a 'Fillet Tower'! I was just like WTF? I ordered a FILLET TOWER MEAL! How the hell could he confuse the two?
I was furious so I went back to KFC and infront of all the customers in the shop I threw the burger into the man who made my meals face. He looked at me and was like WTF? I then explained what had happened and I made him apologize. I then demanded to speak to The Colonel. He then said to me "we can't do that, Sir" but I was like "of course you can, give me his number!". After minutes of arguing the man the man gave me The Colonel numbers and I explained what had happened. He was shocked that a KFC worker could make such a mistake. He said that the man who served me is on his last warning and if he makes a simular mistake again his head will be chopped off.
The Colonel organised a replacement KFC meal, a Fillet Tower Meal like I originally order and said I could "have it on the house".
That KFC worker almost ruined my evening. Luckily The Colonel made up for the dreadful mistake of the KFC worker. I hope nothing like this ever happens again, or to anyone of that matter, it was a horrible experience.
