Congratulaions, I really miss my chickens but Mr Fox got them and couldn't face the thought of losing more.

We have four we have had about five weeks and they are really quiet, no trouble at all with noise (escaping into next doors garden, not so good, sorted with a wing clipping session though) the only time they do make noise is when I give them their daily treat of mixed corn, as soon as they see me bringing it out they rush me all gabbling away as they love it. They are really friendly now and quite entertaining to watch especially when one grabs a worm and the others are chasing it benny hill style around the garden, they also follow me all round the garden, into the shed and even try following into the house.

What chicks you got hatching?

The Mrs really wants some silkies and keeps pestering.
