Well at the moment me and my boyfriend struggle to pay the bills each month and are pretty hard up.
We got our gas bill which was £170 which is fine coz we save money each month to go towards it and had enough.
I phoned the automated payment line, put it my card details and it said 'sorry we could not process your payment at the time'. It then put me through to a customer service advisor who said 'sorry we are having problem with payments today'. She took my card details and said 'sorry its still not working, can you try back tomorrow please'.
I checked my online banking. Now £100 overdrawn...yes British Gas have taken 2 x £170 out! (£340!!!). I thought ok, must be a simple error. Phoned them and they said no payment has been made on my account. When payments are made it comes up instantly British Gas end....
MY MONEY IS IN LIMBO!! so I am £340 down and havent even payed my Gas Bill. The bank doesnt know where my money is and niether does British Gas.
Can anyone else see that this is going to take weeks and weeks to sort out, ive given it a day already, have to fill out a visa missing payment form at my bank tomorrow. Why do these kinds of things happen to me?!!!:w00t:
