Are both antivirus' running simultaneously? Running two could cause problems. Make sure norton hasn't quarantined the trojan and this will cause AVG not to pick it up too.

why would you download AVG if you have got norton 360?? Sounds like norton has got rid of it.

nah i dont think so cos i had trojans in my laptop too and the norton 360 is rubbish couldnt get rid but the trojans left after i downloaded avast and spybot :thumbsup:

exactly right norton found it, there removal tool didnt remove it so i uninstalled it and downloded AVG and it's not on the scan now!!
