I doubt I'm the only one as well.
I ordered a few things from them and it took ages but they finally sent me an email on Saturday saying it's been despatched and of course they charged my cc. Goods arrived yesterday but one item was missing and 'Out of Stock' was stamped on the delivery note (not actually printed on).
Anyway, I called them up today and they had no idea about this item not being sent to me and I wasn't even refunded for what I didn't get! I hate that I have to pay to call them to ask for my money back when they should have automatically credited my cc!
