I doubt I'm the only one as well.

I ordered a few things from them and it took ages but they finally sent me an email on Saturday saying it's been despatched and of course they charged my cc. Goods arrived yesterday but one item was missing and 'Out of Stock' was stamped on the delivery note (not actually printed on).

Anyway, I called them up today and they had no idea about this item not being sent to me and I wasn't even refunded for what I didn't get! I hate that I have to pay to call them to ask for my money back when they should have automatically credited my cc!

Just needed to rant, thanks for listening! :-)

I ordered from them between Xmas and New Year and it finally turned up today! I spent yesterday chasing it on the phone to them and then were so unhelpful!!


Yeah that's when I ordered too, couple of days after xmas actually, and it was supposedly gonna come in 5 days :whistling:

out of the three times i have ordered from them only once have then sent all of what i have ordered !

I hate Debenhams too. I ordered from 2 items from them between Xmas and New Year totalling £68. The scumbags charged me £120 for the coat and then separately charged me £8 for the tie. The tie arrived a few days ago but there's no sign of the coat, which I have been overcharged £60. I've even got an email to say that the coat has been dispatched, but when I called the customer services yesterday (after sending two emails and a letter about being overcharged), they told me that the coat was out of stock. Unbelievable customer service - firstly overcharging me, secondly telling me that the coat has been dispatched, thirdly not refunding me, and finally not telling me that the coat was out of stock.

It's ridiculous, I'm never going to shop on Debenhams.com again despite their decent sales.

And I'm still bloody waiting for my refund!
