I need to buy something from amazon that I can sell for atleast £350. It's a tough ask, but any ideas?

So far I've got the PS3 as an idea, but I'll have £100 left over.

Why not just sell the voucher instead?
#2
sell the voucher
#3
lol

Is it 1 voucher or can it be split ?
#4
I've already claimed it on my account... because selling the voucher would be more difficult as people would want proof that it works and stuff. Besides, I've had a not-so-good experience with trying to sell an amazon voucher here before.

It's 2 seperate vouchers I claimed (£300 and £100)
#5
apple products seem to hold their value.
#6
Is there anyway of buying a £400 amazon voucher with the voucher credit I already have ? :P
#7
I could buy two of these and have to pay £14 extra

but would anyone buy those for like £185 each?

Well, if you can find someone you trust on here - and who trusts you of course - who is making a large purchase, you could order from Amazon to their address. Saves paying postage costs etc.

No one trusts me here, I just know it :P

Or collection orders could work :o

#12

#13
Let me rephrase; Need more Good ideas! ;)
#14
I say go for a PS3, they always hold thier value, then treat yourself with something for the other £100 :-D
#15
Bear in mind if you bought a PS3, theres the possibility that someone won't want to buy a PS3 from you for the same price as getting it from a shop themselves. I might be interested in buying a PS3 from you if you get it? What price would you set it as?
#16
buy some PS3 killzone 2 games and sell on ebay UK & SHIP internationally (EU ONLY) standard parcels are cheap and overseas always pay more for games i sold one for 30 when its only costing 17.99 here.
#17
Try selling them to friends family at a discount. You may not have much luck at the moment but someone may see a bargain if they get a discount. Then just use your account and get it sent to their address. Use prime trial if you can for next day delivery.
#18
Duhprest you selling Amazon vouchers again?lol where do you get them all from? I remember last time you tried to sell it on here and you nearly lost the vouchers by showing the full code in your photos. Hope you don't do it again!

Spriggan: Yeah, I remember that :p But amazon had given me more vouchers for my mistake on that occasion. I'm still getting these vouchers from freebie sites (ie. complete an offer and refer a few people) seeing that I still need a job, this is my main source of income =/

meadsy: I would sell the ps3 at 299 :p... I dono, you guys gimme an offer so I don't have to keep wondering :s

punkytiptop: Sounds risky.. would've taken the risk if I had some more feedback on my ebay account =/

Well obviously it all depends on what you get, but don't forget, I wouldn't wanna be paying more than what I could get it. You have to think about postage prices unless you'd set the delivery from Amazon to my address?

I guess what I'm trying to say is that you'd have to give some sort of a discount as there is nothing stopping me from buying one online? If that makes sense?

ofcourse.. basically, your trying to rob me! >=O... na, i'm joking =D

Well, we could arrange collection as well, where'd you live? I live near wimbledon.

:-D

Nah, the 80GB model on Amazon is something like £289, so you wouldn't be able to sell it to me over here for £299,

1) I wouldnt fork out an extra £10 for no reason :p
and 2) Its against the rules to sell for profit on here

But collection is out of the question, I live in Burnley, its a fair old distance to Wimbeldon lol. If we can work out a good price I'd take the PS3 off you. I'm sure Amazon lets you send it to a different address, I have 2 stored on my account

Looks like this thread has now turned into a possible sale / trade -- Should it be restarted in FS/T in that case?
#24
I am in London and itnerested in a new DVD recorrder
#25
liddle ol' me: do what you please lol

meadsy: the 300 was just a suggestion ;p it would probably cost like £10-15 for p&p, so £280 for the ps3 maybe :s I'll have to think about this... I've got a few friends offering me as well..

If someone has anything for £400 they want to buy, that would be perfect :D
#26
strike: Can't do the recorder, unless you wanna buy like 3 for some absurd reason :p

:? It's not me who wants to do something. I'm only advising that you can't make a sale or trade in this forum. Just restart it in the correct forum and you won't be breaking the rules. That's all.
#28
oh sorry, I thought you were a mod or something :p

ok, i'll take it to other forums --> Everyone move there!
#29
duhprest :- Pls take this to FS/FT forum to proceed further. Thread closed
