As long as we don't have to come up with a name for it like the other one we had on here

what was the other one?

i already have a name

To start a new business the basics are to register a company name and open a bank account. If you need funding then obviously you'll need to speak to a bank with business plans and projections etc.

realfriendlymans one, he asked for a name, about 10,000 were offered none of which he liked even though some of them were great but everyday he would bump it and ask for further suggestions of which he would then say something against them, was for a takeaway shop I think.

Lol I know of someone who did this with takeaways, he kept using the same receipts for the top of the range ovens and equipment or something which led to him being caught, made around 500k from it yet only got two years lock down, 12 months locked up for half a mil which was never recovered, sign me up

First place I would recommend is a visit to the Business Gateway. They were invaluable to me when I started up my business and also applied for two start up grants for us which we received. We even won an award from them last year as our business now thriving - and I have a lot to thank them for.
