Usually sleep well so not sure if that's the problem, could be.

Yeah I have had this too, quite odd an irratating!

Did I hear somewhere that this has something to do with wisdom teeth? Or am I just being daft? :?

Never heard that before! Doesn't mean it isn't right though. My teeth do seem to be fine including my wisdom teeth.

Nothing that I am aware of.

Nothing to do with wisdom teeth as far as I am aware this is due to stress/tiredness. It does happen to me on and off, especially when I am stressed and is very annoying!

I go through spells of this - can last weeks on and off nown again.

Not had it for a long while.

I think it's just chemicals in the body - like when someone 'walks over your grave'

I don't really get stressed, think I may go for an eye test as I do strain my eyes more than I used to.

Do you drink a lot of coffee (caffine) ? As I had a twitchy eye and my optician said to cut out coffee so I started drinking decaff and it went !!!

Hope it helps

it boils down to being run down and tired, nothing to do with teeth etc. Its usually a sign that you need to slow down slight and get some early nights. I get it when i have been putting too many hours in working and the sleep balance is uneven..try having a few early nights and relaxing baths etc..it should go after a bit of self tlc..it is very annoying though!

Going to have a soak in the bath followed by a massge and an early night, see if that helps, thanks :-D

Maybe you need to do more housework to take your mind off it?
#21
take it out, wash it in clean water and put it back carefully
#22
I have been told that you get that if something is lacking in your diet. Don't know if its true though.

Think you should follow ADZ1478's advice
