I went there yesterday. Worse part is getting out of your drive way. All the motorways, A roads are fine. Just the drive way and any outside car park but due to health and safety they put loads of salt down...... otherwise they get sued. Id give it a try and drive sensible.

i went yesterday, all the roads in and out of it are fine. I think the M2 was bad because a lorry had jackkinfed in the early hours of the morning, should be ok now. Google traffic reports.

I lived in western Canada ......the heaviest snow fall I have seen was 4 ft overnight. Every one went to work, the main roads were clear. At times I have seen mothers and their children gathered in the park, organizing games when it was minus 12 degrees. Were a bunch of namby pambies here. 1 flake of snow and were housebound.
