You could be dehydrated - I can never get enough sleep when I haven't been drinking enough water ....

Oh I'd love to have a nap or 2 during the day but my Boss would kill me! I know my problem - I'm an IT Business Analyst and work in front of a PC all day every day (or hold meetings that hurt my brain!) and when i get home the first thing I do is switch on the PC. Doh! Need to wean myself off the PC!!

Lay off the sugar and the coffee. As before, drink plenty of water and get up and walk around for 20 minutes or so to get keep the blood circulating in your legs and the metabolism going a bit.

you dont say whether you do any dedicated exercise or not.

Keep your blood pressure regulated by exercising regularly, reducing caffeine intake and sugar intake. And dont take any pills or remedies unless approved by your doctor.

In all events you should go to your GP and ask him/her to do a general health checkup if you;ve not had one in a while.
