Sold it the other day for £30 and recieved payment last night. Luckily, I didn't post it today, because I recieved an email from ebay saying I'v breached there copyright rules or somethin!!! Mothercare have complained re. there rights...........I don't understand!! I mean, Y take soooo long? I could easily have posted it today. Aaarrrrgghhhh

ok. so if they are elc vouchers why are mothercare complaining??

Mothercare own ELC, they bought them last year. The copyright infringement could something simple as showing the ELC logo on the picture of the gift certificate, it may be Mothercare are not happy about the sale of gift vouchers and are using this as a way to stop people doing so. Certainly you can understand their point of view given the way the vouchers were obtained in this instance.

Yeh spose  Although they don't know I I obtained it, so that really isn't the issue:)
#28
While they don't know how you obtained in this case, the reason for them trying to stop the vouchers being sold on ebay may be a general move to stop people taking advantage of the ELC prices. The copyright notice is probably the easiest way to get ebay to pull the auctions.

But y should it bother them if I spend the £35 in there shop or someone else does - I don't get it.
#30
Cause your trying to defraud the company?
I've been on hotukdeals for a couple of years now, and more and more I see people trying to make money from what is actually fraud - it's not being on a high horse, it's being morally aware
Your actions, and the encouragement from others, describe nicely part of the reason society is in the mess it is in - I love how you think you are right - here's some news - you ain't
If you had a shred of decency, you'de take those vouchers back to ELC and apologise
I know you won't
