I NEED A NEW MOBILE CONTRACT - All suggestions welcome

Please help...

I finished my 18mth contract with TMobile in August of this year
The price plan was the Relax 300 mins (anytime x network) + 100 txts at a cost of £35 per month (9 mths line rental @ half price) My phone was a Samsung D600 which for an extra £60 was part of the deal.

After the contract ended - Tmobile have kept me on the discounted line rental of £16.50 but I always seem to go outside my call allowance, were charges are pricey (40p per min and 12p per text) in effect, even though I am careful my monthly bill is always between £30-£40 per month. Oh and it even cost me a whopping 50p per minute (up to a max of £5) to contact TMobile from my handset

A couple of weeks ago I rang for the code to change networks and they offered me the Flext 30 deal for £15 if I kept my same phone - HOWEVER, I have just had a bill after 2wks which cost £40 because they changed me over mid month without my knowledge so feel I have been misadvised  and hoodwinked :?

Please please please could someone suggest a better contract deal for me and a decent phone (as I am not up on the latest techno  )

Many thanks - all help and advice greatly appreciated :-D

You maybe best to get a contract with another network and port your number over.

How many mins and texts do you require?

I am not that good with these type of deals, I use cashback contracts.

Thank you for your response :-D

Are cashback deals reliable - I have been warned about these schemes

I wouldn't call them reliable. :-(

IF you are paying £30 per month anyway, look as the cashback as a bonus when it comes. Choose a well known company that isn't likely to go bust.

Ignore them, they're muppets.

Lots choose not to take my advice, if more heeded my words they would not be in the position they are in now. :)
