In my multipack of walkers crisps, one of the crisp packets hasn't got a Best before date, and the circle is blank. Am I entitled to another packet?

in their new house?

By Law they're required to place the durability date on the outer packet of multipacks so no.

You could sue them for compensation. Yawn.
#4

ah, I live in Clarksfield, which is near Lees, in Oldham.

I guess you got them from the big co-op in Lees.

I once had a bf called Lee who lived in Lees X)

I know I'll get a refund then, but I want to channel this directly at Walkers, who 1. have more money and 2. obviously will be totally equipped to deal with this sort of thing

I'm looking for a little bit more than that, for my troubles. I shall have spent roughly 25 minutes working and investigating this matter, then 20 minutes in the actual event, then around 15 minutes ringing up, so I'll also ask them for an hours wage. What would my hours wage be :S ; I don't know ...

Well that depends what you do for a living obviously.

OP. The best advice I can give is for you to get a grip.

How much were the crisps? If you promise to do as I advise above I will send you a cheque so you can get some crisps with a before before date.

Your hourly wage would be death for asking questions like this.

Enjoy responsibly.

Are you really being serious? If you are asking questions like this then you are obviously a dosser, and giro's command no hourly wage.

A pretty ridiculous thread, what is it these days with everyone wanting to sue for the most ridiculous reasons. If it bothers you so much, go back to the store and they will give you another packet, just don't be suprised if they shake their heads whilst you walk out.
