Ummmm that could be a bit hard........ I live in a bungalow:p

I donlt think I;ve got enough energy left to do anything else today. I've been shopping for new clothes most of the day (you know how tiring that is girls lol) and ironing and other house work this afternoon. Just had tea and wana relax. Oh well, they've stopped scoffing now. I'll just have a choccy options drink later. They're only 40 cals so I;ll only go over by 5 :)

I have 1300 a day and weighed 13st 1lb :oops:
I've lost 8lb so weighing 12st 7 now. I'm only 5'4"

i would bump it to about 1500, thats too low for someone your weight, just my 2cents, not a good idea to go that low under maintenance .

But that's what it states in my A-Z of calorie counting :? It may not be enough for a man but proberly ok for me.
I haven't normally done very well at losing weight in the past and this seems to be working ok for me this time so I'm quite pleased. I really don't want to have any more calories to use each day as I know I'll be tempted to have a chocolate bar or biscuits if I have enough cals left. I'll end up eating junk again and I don;t want to.

I would think of people who servived on rice if I was stuffing my face with cakes, chocolate and wot not? I'm only trying to lose weight:roll:

Hey you should buy some ready made low calorie jellies they are less than 10 calories and fat free im on weight watchers and they are zero points they are good for when you need something sweet :thumbsup: keep up the good work its not easy

Hubby will be moaning, more money spent on shopping. Oh well, if he wants me to be nice and slim, he'll have to be willing to pay more won't he :)

i also buy the sugar free jelly crystals and fill up small tupperware dishes that works out a lot cheaper its about 60p for two sachets and you get about 6 servings out of one

Its more important what you don't eat than what you do eat.

Eat to your hearts content a mixture of raw unprocessed foods and feel great.
