  Because it wasn't the "EXACT" same item.
  
  The guy was selling a 60GB hard drive used in a ps3 so i linked to a standard 60GB hard drive which could be used in a ps3.

  I guess that isn't the EXACT item (as it states in the rules). I can understand why this would be enforced in the case of say a replica nokia battery versus a real nokia battery, as they are usually not as reliable/good, but yeah, it seems a bit harsh if a standard HD can be used instead in the PS3 without any detriment in quality.

  The make of the hard drive wasn't defined, and if the front sticker was ripped off and you sold it on eBay it'd be classed as a standard hard drive.
