How long ago did they win?

Just report as an unpaid item but this can only be done after 10 days, then you will get a refund for the listing and final value fees
#3
you can but you will have to say it is defective or something similar, email them and let them know then go through the proper ebay channels and they will not impose charges

only half hour ago the thing is i dont wanna sell the item to them so can i cancel it

I agree with bashy2002 or just say you tested it and it doesn't work anymore but you won't then be able to relist it.
#6
If you cancel it they still will be able to leave feedback so be carefull i got neg for cancelling a baby walker after i noticed when packing a split in the plastic now thinking it wouldnt be safe i cancelled stating why and the buyer had not even paid by this point and still left neg!! nice or what!!

no i dealt with to many scammers already and it was a buy it now auction

Well if you cancel it you'll definitely get a neg if what you say is true.

I find the best bet is to relist the item but before you list you can edit who can buy I.E. anyone with less than 5 feedback or anyone with a minus -feedback then if the buyer does pay just canel the new listing which might cost you the cost of the new listing i.e. £1.50 etc.

If the buyer dont pay then you will sell with the new listing and file a dispute for non payment and you will loose nothing, it will be refunded

O and you can opt to cancel the listing but the buyer has to agree if they do they cant leave a bad feedback becuase he agreed to cancel

what is it you dont feel is right about the buyer? if you think they will scam you, send recorded delivery, you will be covered by paypal then.
