I saw a thread posted on here the other day in respect of the BNP having to allow non white members join or face some sort of discrimination charge. To be fair, I doubt they probably expected too many new members to want to join, apart from those who would try to infiltrate and had ulterior motives.

So, I was rather surprised this morning on my way to work to read about Rajinder Singh, a Hindu Migrant who came to the UK in 1967 and is now aged 78 and whose father was killed during the partition wars, wanting to join. Ive read his comments on why he wants to join, though this isnt part of the debate in general.

This isnt a Daily mail thread (the story has been widely published. And google is your friend), so please focus on the question below rather than the usual crap.

I do not condone the BNP (even if I dont disagree with some of their views) and would spoil my vote rather than use it in support of their party.

However, I do recall comments on here a short while ago that this ruling about its membership would be its undoing.

Question.
Is Rajinder Singh just the tip of the iceberg and end up with the party actually growing?

Please pass your views on the question and dont make it the usual name calling squabble. I hope Ive made it perfectly clear above my views on the BNP and my own thoughts are that there are enough stupid people about to mean the party will grow as a result of this ruling not decline.

Views? Please respect other members and focus on the question and KEEP IT CIVIL.

He's clearly lost the plot if he thinks the party stands for freedom.

If they some how got to power, which is more likely in this 'we hate labour because ITV tells us there bad, they have corination street must be right society' I can see them kicking all non-white people out within a week of coming to power.
#3
Read this too-actually I think that the black and asian community are missing a trick here-they should join in their thousands,go to all the meetings etc. They dont actually need to vote bnp obviously-just take over all their meetings, rallies etc-the original hardcore nutjobs would leave soon enough-job done!

I've got plenty of views, but in terms of the set question, I always suspected there would be a load of non-white people joining the BNP if they allowed it - just to make some sort of point. So I suspect they probably will grow, but probably not in the right way!

lol

infiltrated BNP through equal rights laws

i think it is right, the law states that no one can be rejected for a job because of their race, why should it be any different for the BNP.

also if the BNP came to power and they tried to force all non-white people out and all foreigners, there would most certainly be a civil war, which is why it will never happen.
#7
Non-Whites are not going to be queuing up to join.

There will be a some attempts by the "do gooder" brigade to sneak people in undercover, these will be easily picked up as non- white members will still have to be vetted to ensure they fit the joining criteria and are not undercover journalists etc.

The BNP will change very little imo if at all, this episode has been good for them as it has increased the profile and continued to make them more mainstream.

Rajinder Singh is a sikh isn't he?

I can see a lot of the white members of the BNP joing the defence league in protest of this

Maybe, but they obviously would like to swell their membership and thy enemies enemy, often becomes a friend! I think this may be one of those circumstances where this holds true. I've no doubt Mr Singh won't really be a friend, but if enough boxes are ticked.........

They have tried to attach them selves to the sikh and hindu communities in the past using muslims as a common enemy.

I would vote for a race tolerant British National Party that genuinely put the needs of the British first. Quite cleary ATM we do not have this mythical party. Mr Singh is a nut job if he thinks he s going to go down well with the hard core BNP support. But if Mr Singh considers himself British and wants to do what is right for Britian, then I applaud him. at the moment though, it seems a bit to me like the jews supporting Hitler

I've said this before but...

There's a St George's Day (read BNP) march through West Bromwich every year and it's always attended by a smattering of Asian & Black people, they just band together to hate the East Europeans these days. It's always somebody stealing the job's isn't it? Scooby Doo would find who it was...

For the record - I don't attend but it passes through the town on a Bank Holiday so if you're out and about you can't miss it...

I am sure there were a few "non whites" who were upset to see slavery abolished as well

It does seem like that - Its ridiculous. If they did get into power they would kick out any non-whites immediately. Incuding any one who believes in any other religions.

They cant stand anyone who is different - Such as religion/race

As soon as they are in power do you really think they are going to keep those people in their party... they are the people they dont want in this country

it's a likely future policy. one that you could extrapolate from their past performance.

HTH

we call for an immediate halt to all further immigration, the immediate deportation of criminal and illegal immigrants, and the introduction of a system of voluntary resettlement whereby those immigrants who are legally here will be afforded the opportunity to return to their lands of ethnic origin assisted by a generous financial incentives both for individuals and for the countries in question.

and if that doesn't work..... i'm sure you can join up the dots boothy... or have i overestimated your intelligence?

Interesting view.

So you think he read about his fathers death in his local newspaper and become brainwashed?

I'd certainly agree that the media influences, but then so does the Internet and religous gatherings for example.

The BNP had a policy of repatriation for 'non-whites' - they even said they'd pay them to go 'back' to their country of origin even if they were born here.

They stopped mentioning it in campaign literature around the same time Nick told people that they had to 'pretend' to be more 'mainstream' and less racist/extreme.

so his dad dying was his only factor for wanting to join?

having a discussion is more productive if you add to a conversation not try to ridicule someone else's point. All that shows is you have no point of your own.

A lot of it is bitterness. You only have to see the level of supporter they attract.

The BNP provide an easy target to blame for all the woes and disappointments these poor creatures have suffered.

That is the effectively the subject up for discussion. Keep up at the back!

I don't believe it is as he's commented about how the UK has changed since he arrived and the issues he believes are here now and dislikes. His views and desires are clearly religious motivated (IMHO). Not too dissimilar to some of the craziness I see on here sometimes tbh.

You're welcome to join in the discussion as clearly stated in the OP like most have until yourself and the Cow chap appeared. If you have no wish to discuss properly, please leave without posting in this hateful way you seem to have a habit of doing lately and kindly find another thread to troll.

Hard to know exactly why he joined, but it does seem to be anti-Islam. Understandable perhaps considering his past.

The conversation has remained civil too.

I can understand why he might be bitter, but at 78 years of age and the event happening so long ago, it sounds very much like there is more to it that his fathers death. My grand father wasn't killed by the Germans, but if he was (and I was still around!!!!), I'd not be hating on the Germans now!

That aside, he obviously feels very passionate about this and I doubt he's that stupid that he isn't aware of Nick Griffin and the party itself. He might be naive or even self destructive, but something has got his back up for sure!

The conversation has remained civil too.

I agree to disagree.
