are you not better going through quidco? i was going change but i get my broadband and all local/national/0845 calls all day unlimited and broadband from aol for £6.99 a month..which makes me happy x........let us know how much you get SKYHD for x

not really worth going through quidco as i'd only get a fiver for the phone & a fiver for broadband so am hoping to get a better deal by going to sky :) i'm with aol at the moment & am fed up with losing connection all the time :x

Honestly best bet will be to go through the agents at the shopping centres.

Mate works for sky and he always seems to do good deals :thumbsup:

If it's a line fault, either caused by internal wiring or external wiring moving providers won't solve nothing. You'll still get the d/c's you'll just be paying another company for the privledge

I'm lying in bed quarantined with some sort of flu, feeling loads better than now like, but due to the companys sick policy I'll be off the rest of the week as it counts as one sickness regardless.

Youd still have to pay line rental though :?

You'd be better getiing your disconnection problem sorted prior to moving service providers. Do you have any problems with your PSTN (voice) side of your line, ie a crackle, buzz, humm?

no, aol said the problem was my modem & they wanted to charge me an extra 3 quid a month for a wireless modem :x
i've phoned sky now & after phoning 3 different sky no.'s i finally spoke to someone helpful :) got the connection fee waivered & she's going to sort out so that i only have to pay a tenner a month for my bb connect instead of 17 pounds for the first 12 months & there is now a waiting list for sky+ hd which she is going to try & sort for free when it's available :-D
