there was a thing on the news a few weeks ago saying barrack was popular now in the states, americans can be a bit strange tho

I dont think you ever get anything truly individual no matter how hard you try (like me :s ) in the highly unlikely event that i have another child it will be named fluffyminx headtheball :p

ok from my daughters school list between the 2 reception classes.

we have 3 Emily's, 2 Amys, 2 Leah's, 2 Sebastians, 3 Harleys and 4 Joshuas! We also have Breeze, Willow, Faust and a Lemon!!!

Mind you i cant really talk! My daughter has an unusual name. We couldnt decide on a girls name and we resorted to flicking through a name book and shouting stop. On that page we had "mercedes, mary, muriel and mya". I chose Mya, its burmese and means Emerald - my favourite gemstone.

I also wanted an unusual name for my son. My (now ex) OH is cornish so i trawled through loads of old cornish names. When ds was born at 26 weeks i chose the cornish name Cadan - which means little warrior. It seemed really fitting as he had a long fight ahead. I found the name from looking at the bodmin manumissions from the 1100's!!!!! However its come back to bite me!

When he starts preschool next september there are 6 others with the same name - but different spellings, including one girl!

we have

Cadan
Caden
Cayden
Kayden
kaiden - girl

so ummm, i didnt exactly pick the most unusual name! oooppps

Say this with a Chinese 'Mr Miyagi' accent!

Chinese man and his wife had 2 babys.
Chinese man's babys were both boys.
Chinese man & his wife called both babys Barack.
Chines man's boys both grew up to be big and strong.

Chinese Man had big pair of Baracks!

Childish but funny!
