Oh dear. :-(

you could have them italian style in pasta sauce with pasta...or my mum used to cook an "interesting" dish that involved browning the sausages, then cutting them up into chunks and putting them in an ovenproof dish with pineapple chunks and baked beans, for 30 mins or so i think. As I said, "interesting"...

I think you may have been eating cheap sausages for too long. You are losing the ability to be coherent! :w00t:

No offense but that sounds absolutely horrible!! Pineapple with pork - yes, baked beans in shephards pie - yes - the above? probably not!!

how about a sausage risotto?

.sausage and tomato pie..... skin the sausages so you just have the meat and place in the bottom of a pastry lined dish. Get a tin of tomatoes and add to onions and garlic that have been softened then cook gently till the juice has gone and you have a fairly thick mixture. Allow to cool then put on top of the sausage meat, add a pastry lid and bake until golden. It's really nice hot or cold

Ok - take the sausages and brown in a pan or under the grill until cooked.

Allow to cool down.

Cut into small pieces and arrange on a plate.

Put plate on the floor so dog can eat them.

Ring take away.

Done.

Fry sausages till almost done, then add to pan and pop in some tinned tomatoes (i like the kind with herbs) pop in a chopped onion then leave to simmer for half n hour or so. serve with pasta. Tastes nice and is cheap!

Sausage soup is always a hit in my house.

skin sausages and chop in to bite size chunks, cook in a pan with 1 sliced onion till just couloured.

Add 2 carlic cloves (finly chopped) and a tin of tomatoes. and cook for about 5 mins stiring add 1 chopped stick of celery (optional I never add this makes me sneeze) 1 carrot (chopped small)and some peppers (yup their chopped small too)Add about 1.5 pints of chicken stock and simmer for about 30 mins.

Add 50g (ish) of maccarroni or other small pasta, and a small tin of harricott beans if you like and chuck in some peas and cook for about 15 min checking there is still enough stock. it should be thick but not sticking!!!
