If conservatives win the election tomorrow/today ; but do not gain a majority more than they had before Mrs May called an election ....will she keep her job????

I personally believe both candidates of the two majority parties are facing the sack within the next week depending on results....with less than a couple of weeks before brexit talks commence.... Scary!

May will get the bullet when Brexit is a complete fiasco . The manifesto has been a shambles and most of the amount of U turns is laughable , she will be exposed as a weak bully during the negotiations .
Corbyn has made up some ground but doesn't inspire confidence either , but harder to get rid of, unless he quits.
We are in a period of lacklustre , no talent politics unfortunately and I doubt the EU negotiators are quaking in their boots.

can't see them sacking may, especially in the run up to brexit. Corbyn, I'll imagine his position will become untenable.

Your arrogance may be your downfall. If Trump and Brexit can happen then a Corbyn Labour win is a very realistic forecast. ;)

The problems will start with Brexit . The same old divisions in the Tory party will surface when it becomes apparent immigration won't reduce by much , and the true cost of a "deal" becomes reality . May can't handle pressure ,hence no debates. The Brexit negotiations will be an unmitigated disaster unless she buys the deal .

May will easily win but I do like your optimism.

Increased majority for the Conservatives.

Labour less than 200 seats.

Corbyn won't resign. He's a Marxist and there's only one way they quit.

I honestly believe we're in for a shock result.

The shock being that May will win by more than the current forecasts.

Deffo.. The 1 point gap etc is ****.. More like 12 gap . A good 50 majority minimum

The problem with society these days, everyone copies the majority of people and no one thinks of themselves..let alone the future generation. Do you want all this stuff going on in a few decades?? NO so Let's all stand up against the establishments that enslave us...I am a free thinker and all these hate posts are childish and all these posts about politics where most of you are just listening to next person's thoughts and thinking they are genuine when you are just being brainwashed into a different way of thinking, look at MK Ultra (brainwashing the gov use to this day via TV / radio etc), Hitler used that and luckily lost...anyways enough of educating you sheeple.

May and the tories have failed the country, people would be very stupid indeed to trust them again.
Where she has effectively slashed our policing/security budget has left us exposed to the evils of terrorism
. For that alone she must be brought to account and DUMPED.

Not the same thing at all, most of the 17.4 million who voted to Leave will be backing Theresa May, they want out of the EU not stay in the eu in all but name as Labour planned to do.

That is just one of the many things why people won't vote Labour, the next would be the thought of that Front bench running the country sends shivers down people's spines.

I expect the Tories to win by a narrow margin because i think the election is fixed anyway, as far as i am aware several tories are still under investigation after the last election and now portal votes are lost again by the tory company tasked with collecting and counting them

May is highly unlikely ever to lead the Tories in another election campaign
this one has been awful they will kick her out sooner rather than later imo

Corbyn hmmm not exactly getting any younger is he ?
but after this campaign I think he can go on his own 'terms'

Theresa May will be in charge of the Conservatives for at least the next 5 year's, very impressed with her.

Jeremy Corbyn has the problem that half of his party don't want him in charge even now.

I and the vast majority of people didn't want Brexit and I still hold out hope that we wont go through with it entirely. Interesting you pin your faint hopes on May, falsely believing she will deliver, well she wont, her past incompetent performance has left most aware people she simply isn't nowhere near up to the job in hand. Fact is Corbyns team will do a far better job so swallow your stupid pride and vote for him if Brexit is
you care about.

There's also her quite obvious foolish failure of cutting our police force by 20,000 which has put us all at peril and come back and bit her on her r'se. Are you sure you are backing the right party bruv?

Worry is he suggested last week he wouldn't go as he knows people want him, his own party don't really want him, he got in because of the cheap membership scam and then the court case when his own party didn't want those members to have a vote second time round. He really needs to fall on his sword and give the country the chance of having a real opposition.

The vast majority don't want brexit did we not have a democratic referendum. Come on reality is we had a vote people voted and brexit was the winner like it or not.

On the police force thing, if there had been no terror attacks we wouldn't even know there was 20k less police because up to this week JC wasn't bothered about them. Might need to do some homework on JC team :(

A hung parliament is best parliament. Then only things that there are cross party support for will be voted in. I think Corbyn will go as the new labour crew will use it to get in another tool, but May will only go if she loses.

Yes I'm sure, the police are doing a fine job, the police and the intelligence service can't do what they need to do whilst their hands are tied and can only monitor high risk suspected terrorists, changing the human right laws for suspected terrorists will sort that out.

Labour's talk of police sounded impressive until it was confirmed by Diane Abbott yesterday that they are all community police not one will be a proper full time police officer.

Theresa May will take us out of the EU just as the Majority voted for in the Democratic Referendum.

I'm not a fan of Corbyn but I have to say Labour have run an excellent campaign. To me this General Election has the whiff of the Brexit Vote and the US election about it. You only have to look at the size of the crowds Corbyn pulls in, thousands when compared with Mays closed rallies in empty warehouses standing in front of her Bus with around 40 attendees. Corbyn is also the more dominant force on Social Media. I know they're not really indicators as to the election outcome but it's very similar to what happened last year in the US between the dead cert Clinton and the joke Trump.

I don't expect a Labour Victory here but I suspect they'll do far better than originally anticipated. As for the Tories, returning the same number (or there abouts) of seats, possibly losing their majority but ultimately they'll be the largest party. Bitter Remainers, Pensioners frightened at the prospect of losing their homes and Mays blunders as Home Secretary will ultimately hurt the Tories tomorrow...........

More people died during the 7/7 attacks with a Labour Government in place and before any cuts?

What you are saying makes no sense, ask any honest Met Officer and they will say they are better organised now and have much better procedures in place with less officers.

They do and will get more, but what was done needed to be done and it has not put security anymore at risk.

Corbyn and Dianne Abbott are a joke. Corbyn has Opposed all laws to get tough on terrorists so why would he change now. He has said he will get rid of police shoot to kill policies why?
If labour had a good leader they would walk in but at present May is the best option for the next few years.
