A visit to Bedruthan Steps is a must IMO. You'll need to check tide times as it can only be reached at low tide and it's down stone steps cut out off the cliffside. Redone in recent years though so pretty safe now. Just keep walking down the beach until you get to a bay. Beautiful ! Take a camera. Be very careful when swimming there are some strong currents.

Sorted and nice slideshow ! Never been to St Michaels Mount , looks interesting.
#34
Thanks for that.
Nice slideshow and I am reminded that I must make the effort to 'do' St Michael's Mount at some time, also 'Where is nightswimmer?' and I wonder what you thought of the Eden Project? There has been at least one thread on here where a variety of opinions have been expressed.
I've been a couple of times (and a couple more times to meetings there but not enought time to get to the biomes!) and was quite disappointed but some people absolutely love it.
Yes, looks like a passion flower to me.

Thanks you two :friends:

I found the Eden Project interesting, but very expensive! It cost me £15 entrance fee! But I did gift aid it, which means I can have free admission for the year....You'll be there for a good few hours!
St Michaels Mount was good....the pic below shows the causway you can walk across to get to it when the tide is out...we had to take the boat...

EDIT: In regards to the eggs, I have no idea! The in-laws must have eaten them all! lol
We never went to Dairyland either Chesso.....

Glad you had a good time, bet you will be living on eggs for a while now to deal with the egg mountain you must have come home to!

Nice piccies, thanks for sharing them with us

I've just googled it and he did a concert there last year, but other than that I don't know of any connection.
The main guy is Tim Smit ( spelling?) who used to be a big time promoter and is the power behind 'The Lost gardens of Heligan' as well.

No Dairyland, birdy, you missed a treat .....

Yeh, the thing that Gabriel did that I thought was this, was called WOMAD.

Genesis did a concert to bail him out when it got into financial difficulty. I know - I was there!!!! Best gig Ive ever been to - despite the pooring rain!
