In the Night Garden

Anyone else out there watch this? My 2 year old loves it, but I've a few questions concerning this program for any other parents out there who are forced to watch.........only a bit of fun!!

1. Why has the Pinky Ponk got permanently bad flatulence, and is this a good example to be setting tiny tots?
2. Have Uppsy Daisy and Iggle Piggle got something going? Come on, get a room guys!!
3. Why are the Pontypines forever moaning? Instead of dancing in the front garden why not try working for a living, then they'd have something to moan about.
4. Are their next door neighbours unsociable, or too embarrassed to appear in the show?
5. How does Makka Pakka lie flat in his bed with such a round fat ass?
6. Is his Og Pog made by Dyson?.. well it looks cheap, plasticky and about to fall to pieces. Just a thought..
7. Why are the Ninky Nonk and the Pinky Ponk so huge when the characters are riding in them, yet so small when shown in the song at the end of each program? Guess the budget didn't stretch to a 500 ft Pinky Ponk then?
8.Uppsy Daisy has a bed that follows her around the Night Garden and comes when its called. This is a great gadget, can I get one at DFS?
9.Has Derek Jacobi fallen on hard times? I mean, I Claudius this ain't.
10. How about a Night Garden vs Teletubbies street fight? All those irritating characters beating each other to a pulp....goody!!
11. Why does Iggle Piggle constantly fall over? Is he old enough to be drinking Special Brew?
12.With the plush toys set to become the "must have" Xmas toys this year, just how much money are the creators of this show going to make? Talk about money for old rope - I'm in the wrong job!!

LOL ive never seen this but i must try to now! How times has changed! I remember bagpuss, super ted, count duckula and why dont you!
Now im often hearing my son repeat things hes heard on " KIDS PROGRAMS"
The " Whatever" etc associated with tracey beaker may seem harmless enough but its not when your child copies the behaviour.
BRING BACK DANGERMOUSE! he would sort it!:giggle:

Yes, I have a problem. Can't wait until my daughter is 5 or 6 then I can introduce her to Thuderbirds! Unfortunately Ceebeebies is like an addictive narcotic for small children. And to think that licence payers are funding it!! I remember the good old days too ,Camberwick Green, Bagpuss, Trumpton etc, in fact, I've just ordered the Complete Mr Men series on 12 DVDs from HMV - a bargain at £16.99. I am a very sad person indeed!!
