Yeah, really good. Hard work watching it though, complcated film. And I knew before we went in they'd do a possible 6th sense on us.

A 6th sense???????????????????????

I went with a friend to the 8pm showing but we couldn't find any free seats so requested a refund.

Bitterly disappointed we went to the pub and had a few pints. Then in a moment of madness we decided to attend the 11:15 screening....
It didn't finish til 2am, I am now tired and confused.

I think I might need to go and watch it again in a more alert state :D

I thought that - perfect set up for Ellen Page to go back in and get DiCaprio out.

Lul wut? If it was still spinning it means the whole film was a dream so she can't go in and get him.

I don't think he quite made it out and is either trapped (or made the choice to stay) in Level 1. They'll send someone in to pull him out in the sequel.

The spinning top was definitely starting to teeter but could that not suggest that the line between reality and the dream state is becoming blurred?

yeah I was confused by that.. thinking is it going to fall...then the film ended, nooo.

He made it out as he was able to see his kids faces?
Also the spinning top was teetering where as if it had been a dream it would have been a perfect spin...

The scene was the same as his previous dreams which surely indicates he has not returned to reality? The only difference being that he chose to see his kids faces.

Yes, he had'nt seen the childrens faces before so the implication was that this time it was different. But maybe it wasn't..........
This is so set up for a sequel.

Lot of in depth analysis of the movie popping up on other sites, almost becoming a movie version of Lost in that respect.

I'm resisting reading too much on it until I see it a second time as I don't want my own judgement to be clouded by other opinions. It did seem like the ending was deliberately ambiguous, not to set up a sequel but for us to make our own minds up - like intelligent media should. There won't be a sequel.

Bored me, with its simplistic plot, yes simplistic, weak holes, and matrix wannabe action, I couldnt wait to get out into daylight again.

Good film, great concept.

Too many plot holes to make it a classic though.

The scene was similar but not the same, the kids in the final scene were actually older/bigger. (courtesy of this months Empire)
