  You have to pay 3 to get it unlocked.
  
  No iPhone will have any carrier bloatware on it regardless who you get it from.

  3 will unlock from Day 1 if you call 333. There'll be a £15 option or a free option if they reduce your monthly bundle. I think they take off unlimited data or something. Just ask.
