Insurance for the Apple iPhone 4

I will be needing insurance for the iPhone 4 when I pick one up and wanted to know what the best option is.. I'll probably be getting it with Tesco..

Will it be covered on the home insurance (Mums house) or would it be best for me to get a current account with mobile phone insurance as I'm in need of a current account anyhow?

Also, what will be included in said cover?

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

barclays do insurance on their £5 a month current account id say your better off getting something like this other than using the house insurance as house insurance will rise with a claim and have a larger excess usually

actually they said i can register my partners phone for an extra £5 a month, either way im not sure about having more than one person named on one phone if thats what you mean

Well that's excellent news.

Think I'll be opening an account with them tomorrow then.

I opened a Current Account Plus with them (Barclays) on tuesday, I received my Welcome Pack this morning giving details of how to register a phone etc. I logged onto the provided registration website this afternoon and registered my iPhone 4 no problems. The website has been updated already to allow registrations of iPhone 4s.

You also get extended warranty cover although I'm unsure if you can register phone.

Hope that helps !
