Doubt there's many Lawyers cruising this site for Tesco BOGOF deals. :)

Not being funny or nasty crow but these laws are a minefield and internet forums are not really the best place to get help. Even if you do manage to find a lawyer you will still need to check out what they say is fact.

In my opinion your best bet is to contact your local CAB (citizens advice) and make an appointment to see someone who is able to help.

Bar that there is usually a local solicitor who does a free half hour clinic. You wont gert very far for your half hour but it might answer a few of the questions you have.

CAB is also online and you might get some help there. I'll try and find the link for you :)

Yeah I know it was just one quick question really,
Its actually a pretty straightforward case and didnt want to go to the hassle of CAB etc.. simply to clarify a point but have spoken to a solictor and sorted it anyway now.
